Uploading additional evidence
What this is
Beyond automatically generated records, you can upload additional documents to strengthen your evidence base — board minutes, signed policies, external audit reports, or incident response documentation.
What to do
Open the Evidence tab in the Compliance workspace. Upload your document, select the appropriate category, and add a description. The document is timestamped and stored against your organisation.
Why it matters
Some compliance evidence exists outside the platform — board meeting minutes, insurance certificates, or third-party audit reports. Uploading these creates a single, complete evidence repository.
What happens next
Uploaded documents appear alongside automatically generated evidence. They are included in exports and reports.
