What this is
Beyond automatically generated records, you can upload additional documents to strengthen your evidence base — board minutes, signed policies, external audit reports, or insurance certificates.
What to do
Open the Evidence Vault in the Compliance workspace. Upload your document, select the appropriate category, and add a description. The document is timestamped and stored against your organisation.
Why it matters
Some compliance evidence exists outside the platform. Uploading it creates a single, complete evidence repository that auditors can review in one place.
What happens next
Uploaded documents appear alongside automatically generated evidence. They are included in exports and reports.
