What this is
A certification is issued when you complete all courses in your assigned training path. Certifications are valid for 12 months and are individually verifiable — each has a unique verification code.
What to do
Complete all assigned courses to receive your certification. You can view and download your certificate from the Certificates page. Share the verification code or link if requested.
Why it matters
Certifications are the primary evidence of individual compliance. They are time-limited to ensure knowledge stays current, and verifiable to ensure they are genuine.
What happens next
Your certification is automatically recorded as evidence for your organisation. When it approaches expiry, you and your manager are notified so recertification can happen without a gap.
