Assigning training paths
Training paths determine which courses each team member needs to complete. Paths are role-based: Essentials (all staff), Essentials + Managers, Essentials + Directors, or Essentials + Managers + Directors.

Completing your training
Your training page shows your assigned courses, current progress, and what you need to complete to earn your certification. Each course contains modules that must be completed in order.

Understanding certifications
A certification is issued when you complete all courses in your assigned training path. Certifications are valid for 12 months and are individually verifiable — each has a unique verification code.

Managing recertification
Certifications expire after 12 months. Recertification requires completing the training path again. Cleverer notifies both the team member and their manager before expiry.

Tracking team training progress
The dashboard shows training progress across your organisation — how many people are assigned, how many are certified, how many have not started, and which role paths have coverage gaps.
