The dashboard shows training progress across your organisation — how many people are assigned, how many are certified, how many have not started, and which role paths have coverage gaps.
What to do
Check the coverage panel on your dashboard. Review the role path progress bars and the certification counts. Use the Team page to filter by status and identify individuals who need follow-up.
Why it matters
Training coverage is the largest contributor to your compliance score. Knowing exactly who is behind and by how much lets you prioritise follow-up effectively.
