Responding to action items
What this is
Action items are tasks that Cleverer has identified based on your compliance data. They are categorised by priority: immediate actions (red), items that need attention (amber), and monitored items.
What to do
Review the action items on your dashboard. Start with immediate actions — these typically involve overdue training or expired certifications. Each item includes a description and a button to take action directly.
Why it matters
Unresolved action items lower your compliance score. Addressing them promptly keeps your organisation compliant and reduces risk.
What happens next
Once you resolve an action item (e.g. by reassigning training or confirming a review), it is removed from the list and your score is recalculated automatically.
