Reading your activity score
Your Cleverer activity score is a number from 0 to 100, calculated from four weighted components: Training, Governance, Reviews, and Exposure. It uses a RAG (Red, Amber, Green) status to indicate your overall position within Cleverer.

Responding to action items
Action items are tasks that Cleverer has identified based on your compliance data. They are categorised by priority: immediate actions (red), items that need attention (amber), and monitored items.

Understanding department compliance
The department compliance section shows how each department in your organisation is performing against its compliance requirements. Departments with the lowest scores represent your highest organisational risk.

Using smart nudges
Smart nudges are contextual prompts on your dashboard that highlight the single most impactful action you can take to improve your governance position. They are generated automatically from your data.
