How evidence is generated
Evidence is generated automatically as you use the platform. Training completions, policy generation, policy adoption, recurring task completion, check-ins, incident resolution, and governance confirmations all create timestamped evidence records.
Use the platform consistently. Each action that has compliance significance is captured automatically — you do not need to manually create evidence for routine activity. Recurring tasks (like policy reviews and backup tests) generate evidence each time they are completed.
Automated evidence generation ensures nothing is missed and eliminates the risk of retrospective record creation. Auditors value evidence that is generated in real time over evidence created after the fact.
Evidence accumulates in the Evidence Vault. You can browse by category and date range, filter by type, and export reports.
