How evidence is generated
Evidence in Cleverer is generated automatically as you use the platform. Training completions, certification issuance, management reviews, governance confirmations, and concern logs all create timestamped evidence records.
Use the platform consistently. Each action that has compliance significance — completing a course, confirming a governance area, recording a review — is captured automatically. You do not need to manually create evidence for routine activity.
Automated evidence generation ensures nothing is missed and eliminates the risk of retrospective record creation. Auditors value evidence that is generated in real time over evidence created after the fact.
Evidence accumulates in the Evidence section of the Compliance workspace. You can browse by category and date to see the full audit trail.
