Assigning training paths
What this is
Training paths determine which courses each team member needs to complete. Paths are role-based: Essentials (all staff), Essentials + Managers, Essentials + Directors, or Essentials + Managers + Directors.
What to do
When inviting or editing a team member, select the appropriate training path. The path determines which courses are assigned. Choose based on the person's role and responsibilities.
Why it matters
Training paths ensure each person receives the right level of training for their role. A director needs governance awareness that a general team member does not, and vice versa.
What happens next
Courses are assigned automatically based on the selected path. The person receives a welcome email and can begin training immediately. Their progress is tracked on your dashboard.
