What this is
Each logged concern has a resolution status. Tracking resolution ensures that raised issues are followed up and closed rather than forgotten.
What to do
Review open concerns in the Reviews tab. Update the status as the concern is investigated, actioned, and resolved. Add notes to document what was done.
Why it matters
An organisation that logs concerns but never resolves them is worse off than one that does not log them at all. Resolution tracking demonstrates a complete concern management process.
What happens next
Resolved concerns remain in your evidence archive. The number of open vs resolved concerns is factored into your risk component.
