Inviting your team
The Team page is where you add members to your organisation. Each person you invite is assigned a role (Owner, Admin, Manager, Director, or Team Member) and a training path that determines which courses they need to complete.
Go to Team, click Invite, enter the person's name, email, and select their role and training path. Cleverer provisions their account, assigns their courses, and sends a welcome email automatically.
Every person in your organisation needs a training assignment to be considered compliant. Unassigned members create coverage gaps that lower your compliance score.
The invited person receives a welcome email with a setup link. Once they activate their account, they can begin their training. Their progress and certification status appear on your dashboard.
