Fixing flagged policies
When a policy document is flagged as "Audit risk", "Not suitable", "Not readable", or "Needs review", the "Fix this with Cleverer" button appears beside it. This opens the Policy Builder to create a structured replacement for that specific document.
Click "Fix this with Cleverer" on any flagged document. Answer the policy-specific questions. Cleverer generates a replacement policy as a draft. Review it, add any custom sections, then adopt it to make it your current policy.
"Fix this with Cleverer" is the fastest way to resolve a flagged policy. It takes you from a detected problem to a structured, audit-ready replacement — detect, fix, replace, prove.
Once adopted, the replacement shows as "Replaced" next to the original. The new policy contributes to your governance score and creates any relevant recurring tasks.
