Can we generate reports?
Yes. Reports are exportable and can also be shared via secure links where appropriate, making it easier to provide information to auditors, leadership, insurers, or other approved parties.
Are certificates publicly verifiable?
Yes. Cleverer certificates can be verified publicly using a Certificate ID, helping support trust, authenticity, and independent confirmation of issued credentials.
Does Cleverer help with ongoing compliance, not just initial setup?
Yes. Cleverer is designed to support recurring visibility and maintenance over time, including renewal cycles, follow-up, reporting, and staying on top of what may lapse.
Does Cleverer replace legal advice or technical security controls?
No. Cleverer supports the people, oversight, reporting, and evidence side of compliance. It does not replace legal advice, technical security tools, or a broader security program.
Billing and subscription questions

Do you offer monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Cleverer is available on both monthly and annual subscription plans.
Is there a free trial?
No. Cleverer does not currently offer a free trial, but you can book a demo with our team before subscribing.
Do you offer a refund?
Cleverer offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for new customers only. Outside that period, subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
What happens if we cancel a monthly plan?
Cancelling a monthly plan stops future renewal. It does not create a refund for the current billing period once that period has started, except where required by law.
What happens if we cancel an annual plan?
Cancelling an annual plan stops future renewal. After the 14-day new customer guarantee period, annual subscriptions are not pro-rata refundable except where required by law.
Can we change our subscription later?
Subscription changes may be possible depending on your account setup and billing timing. Contact us if you need help with plan changes or account updates.

No. Cleverer is designed so customer data is not intentionally stored outside Australia.
How does Cleverer protect data?
Cleverer uses Australian-hosted infrastructure, controlled access, encryption, backups, audit logging, patching, and vulnerability management as part of its security approach.
Does Cleverer store payment card details?
No. Payment card handling is managed through Stripe rather than storing full card details directly in Cleverer.
Can Cleverer guarantee legal compliance?
No platform can honestly guarantee legal compliance on its own. Cleverer is designed to support visibility, accountability, reporting, and evidence of reasonable steps, but it does not replace legal advice or a broader security program.
